Each year the Sales and Marketing Council sponsors an awards
banquet in which local sales and marketing professionals are recognized for their talents and achievements. Individuals
are nominated by their peers and judged by a committee of out of state industry experts. The competition increases
every year within each category.
The increased competition is due in part to the greater number of sales and marketing professionals submitting
their work(s) to be judged, but it is also due to the elevated level of professionalism and creativity that is
shown throughout the Southeastern Michigan Building industry.
